Welcome
EAP at Work is your Employee Assistance Program web site. We invite you to explore the information on topics of most interest to our clients, such as Family and Personal Life, Stress Management, Mental Health Awareness, workplace Issues, the Caregivers Corner and more. We hope you will check back regularly to read our monthly features.

Our section on self assessment tools is an invaluable resource to help you decide if you or someone you care about may have a problem and could benefit from professional assistance. We cover depression, anxiety, stress, alcohol use and suicide. Contact your EAP, primary care doctor, insurance company, or local help line if you have areas of concern.

For our managers, the EAP serves as a management resource. We have provided a dedicated section which will help you manage and assist your employees.

Please fill out our short satisfaction survey and tell us what you would like to see or how we can do better. If there are topics which you want more information, please contact us. Keep in mind that a request is for information only; it does not serve as a crisis line.

If you are in crisis, call the local hotline listed in the front of your phone book or 1-800-784-2433.

If you are facing a potentially life threatening situation, immediately call 911.

If you would like an appointment with the EAP, please call (202) 344-2550 or (800) 755-7002. Services are provided telephonically or in-person after an initial assessment. The brief Orientation to EAP will give you further information about the program and available services.
